0\"><div data-bb-version=\"5.1.4\"  class=\"bt_bb_column col-xxl-12 col-xl-12 col-xs-12 col-sm-12 col-md-12 col-lg-12 bt_bb_vertical_align_top bt_bb_align_left bt_bb_padding_normal\"  data-width=\"12\" data-bt-override-class=\"{}\"><div class=\"bt_bb_column_content\"><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_normal\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p>Registration is made after <a href=\"https:\/\/segm.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/%CE%A3%CE%95%CE%93%CE%9C-%CE%91%CE%99%CE%A4%CE%97%CE%A3%CE%97-%CE%9C%CE%95%CE%9B%CE%9F%CE%A5%CE%A3_2018-07-17-1.doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>request<\/strong><\/a> of the interested parties, including a declaration of acceptance of the terms of the Statutes and the Code of Conduct. Registration is subject to a decision of the Board of Directors, as to the existence of the above conditions at its reasonable discretion, following an application for registration by the company concerned. The interested party may appeal in writing against any negative decision of the Board of Directors to the first immediately following Ordinary General Meeting, which shall take a final and conclusive decision.
