TECHNICAL ADVISOR OF THE MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRANSPORT FOR PPP PROJECT IN ATHENS/GREECE
ADO SA is the Technical Advisor of the Building Infrastructure Directorate D21 of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport for the preliminary preparation of the International Competition for the PPP contract of the project «Construction of Building Facilities for the Housing of the Services of the General Secretariat of Infrastructure of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and Landscaping, through PPP».
The building has a superstructure area of 19,000 square meters and 4 underground levels of 32,000 square meters. In addition to the offices of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, the building will include an amphitheater, a multipurpose hall, a conference center, a library, a Technology Museum, a kindergarten and restaurants and canteens. In addition, a pedestrian bridge will be built on Piraeus Street, while the surrounding area will be renovated with works of art and green works.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL SUPERVISORY SERVICES FOR THE PAOLA PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SOUTHERN REGIONAL HUB PROJECT
ADO SA in a Joint Venture with another Greek consulting company have been awarded the Project Management and Technical Supervisory Services for the Paola Primary Health Care Southern Regional Hub Project in Malta.
The health center, which will be constructed, is a nine-level building (one level is underground) with a total area of 11,000 sq.m. Of these, six will be fully equipped levels of medical services and three will include plant rooms, water tanks and other ancillary facilities.
The provided services of the Joint Venture include the Project Management, the Technical Supervision and the Contract Management of 12 work packages, including the major one of Design and Build, of the Paola Primary Health Center. Other packages include Medical Equipment and Medical Furniture, Electronic Equipment, Furniture, Soft Landscaping and IT packages.
The project is in progress and is expected to be completed in 2022.

ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (EPCM) CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ORGANIC PROCESSING PLANT IN MALTA
In June 2020 ADO S.A. in a Joint Venture with Greek consulting companies, is providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Consultancy Services for the Construction of an Organic Processing Plant in Malta.
It is a high priority project for the Government of Malta, as it is a critical infrastructure project for achieving the objectives of the Malta National Waste Management Plan, in terms of reducing landfill waste, in order to achieve the relevant European objectives.
The scope of the contract of the Greek consortium is the provision of Consulting Services for the design of the project that will replace the existing organic waste treatment unit at Sant ’Antnin, but also for the management of its construction, with a planned duration of the design and construction period of about 5 years.
