The project is being developed in an area of 304 hectares which occupies the famous peninsula that extends south of "Laimos" in Vouliagmeni.
Following an international tender, "Jeremyn Street Real Estate Fund IV LP" acquired the property from the National Bank of Greece.
Our company, after a relevant RFP procedure by HILL International, Manager of the project, was appointed to carry out all the structural engineering studies for new and existing buildings.

The addition of the new wing, of a total area of 14.000m2, is already completed in the center of the Evaggelismos Hospital plot. It is surrounded by the various, listed or not, hospital buildings, making the access to it very difficult during construction. The new wing has a reinforced concrete basement and a composite superstructure consisting of strong r.c. earthquake resisting shear walls, steel truss long-span beams, steel purlins and r.c. prefabricated concrete slabs. The project has been constructed in two phases, each one constituting an independent structure. A Berlin type temporary retaining structure and a cover preceded the main works, in order to protect the adjacent buildings.

This 5star resort consists of 2 complexes, hotel 1 and 2. Our firm was engaged with the design of hotel 2. The structures include 13 buildings, health club, sports center, aqua park, etc. Each building includes basement, ground level and 2 storeys. Wing A covers a total area of 30,000m2. A typical building includes swimming pool and pergolas at each balcony. The buildings are connected with timber walkways. The sports center comprises 4 structurally independent multi-purpose buildings, covering an area of 9,500m2. All buildings are made of reinforced concrete and one of them has a 700m2 area truss girder roof.
