Σας ενημερώνουμε για την προκήρυξη νέου διαγωνισμού: Procurement of Construction Supervision Services for Road Safety Improvement Project in Lviv – Package 1, στα πλαίσια του “Ukraine Urban Road Safety Project”, το οποίο χρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Τράπεζα Επενδύσεων.
Η ανάθεση αυτή περιλαμβάνει υπηρεσίες τεχνικής επίβλεψης για την ανακατασκευή δύο τμημάτων στην πόλη Lviv (Τμήμα 1: B. Hrinchenka Street και Τμήμα 2: Hetmana I. Mazepy Street).
Οι ειδικοί στόχοι για τις συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες είναι οι παρακάτω, όπως καταγράφονται από την ICEG (Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild):
- To provide Contract administration and Engineering Supervision services for works performed by the Contractor during the construction period and defect liability period upon commissioning;
- To provide assistance and advice to the Employer on managing the Work Contract with the Contractor under the Project;
- To assume and carry out the duties of the “Engineer” with respect to Contract signed by the Employer with Contractor for performance of works for reconstruction of the above sections of highway, according to FIDIC conditions of contract (hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”) with due diligence. Wherever appropriate and not in conflict with the Contract, the Consultant shall exercise every reasonable care to protect the interests of the Employer;
- To advise the Employer on all matters concerning claims from the Contractor and to make recommendations thereon, including possible recourse to the Dispute Adjudication Board.
- To control over implementation of Environment and Social Management Plan (ESMP) by the Contractor and to remind the Employer of their ESMP responsibilities.
- To ensure that measures implemented are effective in terms of road safety and accessibility for vulnerable road users.
