The Engineer will support the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in the construction supervision of the Works Contract as described in this ToR including the provision of qualified experienced personnel, management, co-ordination and efficient execution of these services. The applicable conditions of the Work contract are the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works designed by the Employer (Red Book, First Ed. 1999).
