The Association of Greek Consulting Firms
- It plays a leading role in the consulting sector, shaping positions and policy proposals and promoting healthy, productive, outward-looking and competitive entrepreneurship and the sector’s contribution to the sustainable development of the country.
- As a key social partner and interlocutor, it promotes the views and positions of the consulting firms to the competent state bodies and in the public debate.
- As an independent and accountable body, it intervenes with the various authorities to ensure the principles of transparency, equal treatment and healthy competition.
- It informs its members, in a timely and reliable manner, about the various institutional and technological developments and the required adaptation actions.
- It networks its members with each other and with domestic and international services and organisations.
Registration procedure for new members of HELLASCO
Members of HELLASCO can be Consulting and Consulting Companies, organized in any corporate form according to the laws of the Greek State, provided that:
a) they are mainly engaged in studies, researches, study audits, supervision, provision of consulting services and administration of technical or development projects or other related technical and scientific services in Greece or abroad.
b) the above-mentioned activity is substantial and profitable in the opinion of the Board of Directors of the Association.
Registration is made after request of the interested parties, including a declaration of acceptance of the terms of the Statutes and the Code of Conduct. Registration is subject to a decision of the Board of Directors, as to the existence of the above conditions at its reasonable discretion, following an application for registration by the company concerned. The interested party may appeal in writing against any negative decision of the Board of Directors to the first immediately following Ordinary General Meeting, which shall take a final and conclusive decision. Members of the Association are required to pay a fixed sum of EUR 235 upon registration, as well as annual subscriptions which are scaled according to the turnover of each company as follows:

The annual subscription is payable by 31 October of each calendar year. It is clarified that the discount on the subscription fee is granted if it is paid within a period of time at the beginning of the calendar year, following a decision of the Board of Directors.
