The HELLASCO grants its members, upon request, various certificates required for contracting in Greece and abroad. In particular, for transactions with public bodies and services, for the certification of the absence of professional misconduct for which a disciplinary penalty was imposed (see article 16, par. 2. c) of Law 3316/05 and article 73, par. 4. i) of Law 4412/16), a relevant Certificate of the HELLASCO must be presented, since the Association constitutes the Disciplinary Body of its member companies.
