ICEG, the Ukrainian member association, is urgently looking for support from the EFCA membership on the methodology for surveying buildings and infrastructure facilities damaged/destroyed as a result of using heavy weapons. It would be highly appreciated if some of our member firms could advise ICEG on the way forward on this issue.
Τhe Ukrainian situation will be discussed during the EFCA D&S meeting agenda on the 5th of May. EFCA is inviting all interested parties to report (national or sectoral) initiatives, prior to the 5 May D&S meeting to the EFCA secretariat, (efca@efca.be) to have the most accurate view of what is happening in the various member states/associations to fuel the debate.
